For life abroad

Home is more than one place, keep both.

For the year you built a real life somewhere new, without losing the one you left.

The year it stops feeling like a long trip

Somewhere around month four or five, a move abroad stops feeling like an extended visit and starts feeling like your actual life: a regular table at a place near your apartment, a coworker who's become a real friend, a commute you don't have to think about anymore. That shift is worth keeping, and it's usually the part people are worst at documenting, too busy actually living it to write it down. Already further in than that? Start now and build the year from what you've already got.

Two circles, one book

Invite the friend from home who's twelve time zones away and the friend you made three months into the new job to sign the same page. Neither has to download an app or make an account, just a private link and a moment to add a note or a signature. By the end of the year, the book doesn't read as two separate lives. It reads as one.

Document it on your schedule, not a photo album's

A new city keeps moving, apartments, permits, a language that's slowly getting easier. Add a photo, a few lines, or a voice note whenever something's worth keeping, from your phone, wherever you are.

Not another feed to keep up with

You already have enough apps trying to keep you connected. Yeerbook isn't a feed to post to or scroll, there's no algorithm deciding who sees what. Photos and reflections are end-to-end encrypted from the moment you save them, readable only by you and the people you specifically invite in, not shared publicly the way a social post would be.

One book per posting

If your career moves every couple of years, each posting can be its own book: the Singapore years, then wherever comes next. Yeerbook runs on any 12-month period you choose, so a new one starts whenever you do, and each is a one-time purchase, not a subscription quietly renewing in the background of a life that's already changed cities.

It ships to wherever you are

At the end of the year, everything becomes one premium hardcover, up to 120 pages, shipped worldwide as part of the price. Wherever your year abroad ends up, the book follows.

Questions people ask

Can people back home and people in my new city sign the same book?

Yes. A private link lets anyone add a note, drawing, or signature to a specific memory, wherever they are. Friends from home and friends you've made abroad can both be part of the same year, no account or app download required.

What if my year abroad already started?

That's fine. You can build a yeerbook from photos and memories you already have, it doesn't need to start on day one of the move.

I move every couple of years for work. Do I need a new yeerbook each time?

Not automatically, but it's built to work that way if you want it to. Yeerbook runs on any 12-month period, so you can start a new one with each posting: one book per chapter, rather than trying to fit a whole career abroad into one.

Does yeerbook ship internationally?

Yes. Worldwide shipping is included in the one-time price, wherever the finished book needs to go.
